Okay this time it's Ryoko's entry for I hope you like it!! I read that she likes to write so I decided to have her doing that or at least was writing before this little squirrel started staring at her. I think I did a decent job on the background. it was at least to the best of my ability. The bench might be off of perspection.... I used the air brush for the first time with the little bit of clouds in the back. I think that looks cool. The air brush was so easy!! I wish I could draw the grass better. Maybe with paints, but it still looks pretty good. It's my best park/forest sceen yet. I was avoiding drawing an inside sceen because those are harder to me.
I think this is a good example of how me and Yami differ in our female characters.
Awesome ^^ I see how different you guys draw your females now. Your is usually pretty and classy while Yami's is usually cute and adorable I like both style

I like how she's interacting with the squirrel. Cuteness Max! ^^ Her sitting pose looks really nice *JEALOUSY* and her outfit is cute. And I love the expression on her face! ^^
And I really like the background. The rows of trees look pretty nice, and their shadows look really good. I think the individual grass blades showing up in the shadows looks pretty cool. The bench looks really good, too.
One little gripe on the trees - they look a little odd at the base. Some of them look lopsided at the base, with the trun jutting out from the base. And then they kinda look like they're not securely attatched to the ground on some of them; the grass blades in front of the more forward trees look nice, but trees usually have visible roots, right?
Anyway, very picky, minor little gripes on my part. In reality, the pic as a whole looks great. You and Yami have different styles of drawing, but they both look awesome, so I wish both of you luck in this contest thingy ^^
I'm glad you like it. Yeah, I'll remember to add roots to the trees next time and I get what you mean by my trees. They look like they're going to fell over. The leaning trunks of trees-a!
