Well, last week was parent's weekend so my mom came down and did some things with us. We had dinner Saturday and then Sunday she took us to Glendale. We got to watch Cirque Du Freak there. It was pretty good. I thought it wouldn't be good! We also got to go to the Barn's and Noble's and go to the mall for a little bit.

This weekend was fun! Thursday I went to this anime themed Halloween party and dressed as Ryoga. I missed the costume contest though. Stupid fire alarm went off in my building and prohibited me from changing from changing into my costume right away. There was a good cosplayer of Speed Racer there. Ash saved the night. She ran to her room and got some movies because the internet wasn't working well. So we watched Howl's Moving Castle. I love that movie.

Friday I got off work and my mom took me and my sister to Disneyland. We watched Where the Wild Things Are. It was weird. I kinda wish I would had skipped the movie and went into the park instead. I didn't get to see what was going on at Space Mountain. Then me and Ash changed into sora and Riku costumes. Riku is finally complete. But we decided to go back and fix things like the wig and Sora's shoulder pads and gloves need to be redone. It was really fun as Kingdom Hearts characters for the Mickey's Trick or Treat event. : ) Jack, Peter Pan, Mickey and Minnie all interacted with us, recognizing who we were supposed to be. I was happy to finally get a picture with Peter Pan!!! : ) I love Peter Pan! A lot of people liked our costumes and wanted pictures with us. I even found some Kairi cosplayers. We got a lot of candy!!! And we rode the Lady Bug ride, Soaring over California, and Tower of Terror. Sora's shoes are very comfy. Glad I made them out of slippers.



Mom took us home and we got to sleep. : ) I was so tired, but we had to get up at 10:00 so we could get back to school... damn work!!! Dad was so surprised that we came home! He was happy. Mommy said she was happy that we were there. I was sad to leave... : ( My dad's bathroom got a makeup in my absence. It looks really nice! When I got back to my dorm I went to work, did a bunch of reading and study guide outlines and then had some fun. We went to Lauren's dorm and watched The Nightmare Before Christmas and then played some Smash Bros and had candy and pizza.

Today I went to Dragon Boat practice. There is a tradition of throwing the Birthday person in the ocean. But I wasn't suspecting 8+ guys to come grab me from behind when I was about to say something to Joyce and pick me up and start carrying me to the water. It scared me. It was all Lord of the Flies style like when Simon gets killed. I fought to get away but I couldn't. There was too many. I do say I put up a good fight. They let me go when they saw that I was teary eyes. They were hurting me... and I didn't want to get thrown in the nasty water and get more sick. Plus I never get picked up!! I am tall, I don't get picked up. It was scary... They apologized to me after. Zack said he should had warned me before. I accidentally kicked Alex in the face... : ( I told him I was sorry. I didn't mean to hurt him.

Mommy came for our Birthday. She went to Disneyland with Ryoko and got us our Birthday gift cards. Stupid class! I couldn't go!! We had dinner at the Califronia pizza Kitchen. It was good. We got a free birthday sundae! : ) Our roommates surprized us with a birthday cake!! : ) It was an ice cream yummy cake! We were happy no one has ever done anything like that for our birthday before. : ) : )
